Returns and refunds

At PAKO, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns and exchanges as smooth as the rest of your PAKO experience.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Just reach out to us within this period to start the process.

Condition of items

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Items we can’t accept

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery and swimwear cannot be returned. Sale items and made-to-order or custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to start a return

Contact us on WhatsApp (+94 78 517 5737) or by email at info@pako.studio with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except where an item arrived faulty or incorrect — in that case, PAKO covers all return costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We’ll always let you know by email or message once your refund is on its way.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or piece? We’re happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Contact us and we’ll reserve your new item.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs, at no charge to you.
