    You may be eligible for a return if: The item(s) you wish to return were purchased directly from our website, The return request is initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • 2. Items Excluded from Returns.

    Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfill certain criteria to be returned: Swimwear & underwear: can't be returned. Jewelry : cant be returned. Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately. Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition. Certain items are not eligible for return, including: Items marked as "Final Sale." Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Intimate apparel, undergarments, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons). Items with removed tags or labels.

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
